This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Stratford ('the City') to solicit proposals from qualified professionals to provide a Replacement Bus Wash System. The City of Stratford Transit is seeking proposals for replacement of (1) bus wash system at 60 Corcoran St, Stratford, Ontario. Currently the existing wash system is a drive-through system. System will include all new water management components ranging from pumps, tanks, controls, plumbing and all other components necessary for a high-quality wash system. System must be capable of washing the City's Transit bus fleet each night, as well as mobility transit. This project includes the installing and maintaining of efficient, reliable water and energy saving for the replacement bus wash. This project includes the removal and disposal of all present equipment currently on site.
