The Contractor shall inspect the main sewer stack and associated cast piping as indicated on the drawings, to determine if full replacement is required or lining the pipe is feasible. Removal and disposal of the existing sewer pipe; Confirm measurements; Supply and installation of new sewer stack and pipe; The Contractor will be responsible to return the building to the state it was in before the work began; Closure of the second-floor bathrooms shall be permitted during construction to facilitate replacement. Preferred completion date is within sixty (60) calendar days from date of award. Indicate completion date on the Bid Form.
