Sealed proposals for the construction of the Tyrrell County Health Department Renovations, 408 Martha St., Columbia, NC. The bidder further proposes and agrees hereby to achieve substantial completion of the work by March 1, 2025 Tyrrell County has received a $900,000 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) grant to fund multiple activities of which one is this project. All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract.
