The project is generally described as installation of grit classifier equipment and new manual bar screen in existing wastewater treatment facility headworks, replacement of two high service pumps at water production facility, rehabilitation (lining) of four lift station wet wells and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes. This contract is for the Contractor related permitting, construction, testing, start-up, and warranty work and other work related to the Headworks Improvements as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. Contractor acknowledges the location of existing piping shown on the drawings may vary from the existing conditions shown on the drawings, and the contractor shall be required to make reasonable deviations from the design to construct a fully operational system as intended by the design.
