EXPECTED SCHEDULE OF WORK Work completion time (from mobilization to the site until acceptance without reservation): 12 weeks. Mobilization on site: September 2024 Start of work: September 2024 Acceptance of the work with reservation: November 25, 2024 Early possession: December 9, 2024 DIRECTIVE (SITE VISITS) The bidder who wishes to carry out a site visit must first confirm his presence by email with the agent responsible for the designated call for tenders process, and at least 24 hours (working day) in advance. The date and time of the visit will be confirmed to bidders interested in a site visit. Responsible for the call for tenders process: Luc Gauthier Email: srm.agcc@cssp.gouv.qc.ca Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately evaluating the nature and scope of the work as well as familiarizing themselves with the locations and conditions affecting the execution of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises may be submitted. If necessary, questions will be answered via an addendum. No verbal information provided during the visit engages the responsibility of the public body. In the event of a discrepancy between the verbal exchanges during the visit and the tender documents, the latter take precedence. If visiting bidders, contractors and subcontractors have any questions, it is their responsibility to forward their questions by email to the Tendering Process Authority designated for the tender. At no time should bidders or subcontractors send their questions to the professionals indicated in the plans and specifications. Only questions sent to the person responsible for the call for tenders will be considered by the public body for the purposes of this call for tenders. VALIDITY OF SUBMISSIONS The bid is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding, where applicable, will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract. the license required under the Building Act (RSQ c.B.-1.1). Bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bids. All submissions must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting construction work contracts by public bodies adopted under the Act respecting contracts by public bodies (L.R.Q., c. C-65.1, r. 5). Any bidder interested in concluding a contract of $25,000 or more with the public body must hold a certificate from Revenu Québec (ARQ). The bidder must submit the Revenu Québec (ARQ) certificate to the CSSP with his bid when submitting it, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
