The Montana VA Health Care System requires a project to replace the flooring in the surgical suite located on the second floor. The intent of this project is to remove existing vinyl sheet flooring (approx. 4,000 sqft) and install new VA approved high build glazed epoxy coating. The current floor finishes in these areas are deteriorated and should be replaced with new infection control compliant finishes. The sheet vinyl floor will be removed in its entirety, the concrete subsurface prepared as required to accept a new poured resinous flooring system with integrated resinous wall base. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete all required project work in accordance with the provided SOW, Specifications and Drawings.
