The Project consists of constructing approximately 20,910-Linear Feet of 20-Inch Force Main and approximately 4,610-Linear Feet of 24-Inch Force Main to connect the proposed Town of Fort Lawn Pump Station and Force Main in Chester County to the City of Lancaster Wastewater Treatment Plant and all related work and associated appurtenances. The Lancaster County Water and Sewer District Force Main Project is being partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with the program. This project is also being partially funded by the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority. This Project is being funded in whole or in part by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (SCRIA) and the Economic Development Administration (EDA) and therefore, bidders must comply with all applicable State and Federal requirements identified in the Contract Documents, including DavisBacon. Bidder shall refer to Section 02 Documents for the referenced State and Federal Requirements, including Section 02005 Davis Bacon Wage Rate Determination for wage rate requirements.
