The Pierpont Neighborhood Stormwater Lift Station, Weymouth Lane consists of partial demolition of the existing stormwater lift station, and the removal of electrical equipment, pumps, and access ramp to the ocean. New construction includes cast in place concrete wet well modifications, furnish and install pumps and motors, electrical service, all electro-mechanical controls, site walls and improvements and related equipment to make the new lift station operational including all appurtenant work as shown on the project plans, Drawing No. 2019-D-117, and in accordance with the project specifications. Est. Value: $ 3,100,000.00 Location Details City: Ventura County: Ventura State/Province: CA Site Directions: West end of Weymouth Lane off Pierpont Blvd. Failure to attend the non-mandatory prebid conference will not be accepted by the City as a basis for making a claim of bid error. Fee to bid will be $42.00 Since not all existing conditions information can be included in the bid documents, all prospective bidders and subcontractors are highly encouraged to inspect the project site. The inspection of areas not accessible to the public should be made during the non-mandatory bid conference below. Additional access may be provided as City operations and staff availability allow. All site inspections must be conducted in such a manner as to not interfere with City operations or be disruptive to the public.
