As of September 18, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Plainview Parking Lot Repair South Plains College reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any, and all formalities. South Plains College wishes to contract with a qualified contractor to repair a parking lot as specified in this proposal document. The proposal will be a lump sum price for all services as specified. The desired completion is between December 14, 2024 and January 1, 2025. The contractor will be responsible for verifying all measurements of needed materials, identifying all necessary preparation work and hazards before bidding. The contractor will be responsible for providing a barrier of safety highly visible to the public that would prevent a reasonable person from entering into the area. The Contractor will removal all debris and disposal off-site as specified in Section 3.02.9 and 10. Contractor will be responsible for keeping the work site clear of all debris at the end of each Only the interpretation or correction so given by the Director of Purchasing, in writing, shall be binding and prospective Contractors are advised that no other source is authorized to give information concerning, explain or interpret, the bid document.
