The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the Asbestos Abatement & Demolition of various Code Enforcement Properties in accordance with the bid documents. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Worker's Compensation: Statutory *only with 3+ employees* Comprehensive General Liability: 1 Million per occurrence / 2 Million general aggregate Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million combined single limit Umbrella Liability: 1 Million per occurrence / aggregate The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. Bid may be awarded per property or as a lump sum. The City will make said determination. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities. The areas surveyed included the limited interior and exterior portions of the building. The structure is a 730 square foot mobile home comprised of metal siding, metal roofing, and an interior comprised of wood and wallboard walls. Question Deadline 08/20/2024 at 11:00 AM ET
