Question Deadline 06/24/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The last day for questions will be Email Brian Salyers at bsalyers@tbeclt.com The scope of the project is site development for corporate hangars and associated vehicle parking. The project includes grading, drainage, aggregate base course, bituminous pavement, curb and gutter, pavement marking, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete construction. Security in the form of a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of each bid is required. Contract security in the form of 100 percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The bidders must be properly licensed under all applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Question Deadline 06/24/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The successful bidder does not, and shall not during the performance of the contract for goods and services in the Commonwealth, knowingly employ an unauthorized alien as defined in the Federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. The bidders shall certify, by submission of a proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal department or agency or the State of Virginia. The City of Danville reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all quotes and to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the Owner's best interest.
