Contractor is responsible for measuring space that needs countertop and backsplash. All dimensions are Contractor's responsibility and if an error in measurement occurs, work will be re-done at Contractors expense For questions or assistance completing this bid package, or providing any of the required items, please contact Tara Gandara, Contracts and Office Manager, at tgandara@cadanet.org, (916) 324-2030. CADA Maintenance has made the choice of Ethereal White to be used in both the Kitchen and Bathrooms. CADA to remove old countertops and any plumbing in the way before installing countertops. Contractor is responsible for setting and attaching new countertop and backsplashes, and for cutting hole for new sink and Bathroom fixtures. All sinks will be undermounts in both the Kitchen and the bathrooms. Payment Bond 100% Performance Bond 100% THE WORK WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 365 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. The term of this Contract shall commence on October 1, 2024, and end midnight June 30, 2025 If any Contractor desires a modification or has any questions, the Contractor shall request, in writing, such modification or questions prior to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 9th, 2024 For questions or assistance completing this bid package, or providing any of the required items, please contact Tara Gandara, Contracts and Office Manager, at tgandara@cadanet.org, (916) 324-2030 The right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in any bid received is reserved by CADA.
