The project will include consideration of the following aspects: A. Renovation / replacement of Dunaway Football Field, the main varsity playing field at the high school. This may or may not include the conversion of the field from natural grass to synthetic turf, with or without a shock pad. The resulting field is expected to be used by six varsity teams: boys and girls soccer; boys and girls lacrosse; football; and field hockey. B. Renovation / replacement of the existing rubberized asphalt running track, and field event spaces (LJ, TJ, PV, HJ, and throws). C. Renovation and replacement of the existing baseball field. This may or may not include the conversion of all or part of the field from natural grass to synthetic turf. D. Replacement of the home and away grandstands with 2,000 and 500 seat capacity, respectively, and a press/coaches box. E. Replacement of the light towers. F. A building, under the home grandstand, housing bathrooms, concessions, team rooms, and storage. G. An athletic equipment storage building. H. A facilities equipment building. I. Parking considerations, including handicapped access and team buses. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by Shawna Stahl, Accounting Coordinator, at s.stahl@dover.k12.nh.us no later than three (3) calendar days before the Request for Proposal due date and time. Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be provided to all Proposers of record. The District reserves the right to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the proposals submitted and the right to reject any or all proposals at its discretion and to accept the proposal which will be in the best interest of the District Confirmed Shortlist.
