Bids are being requested for the following trades for part of the HVAC Modernization project, a lease lease-back project for Long Beach Unified School District: Survey Abatement & Demolition Concrete: Structural & Site, and Reinforcement Masonry Steel: Structural, Misc Metal & Metal Decking Rough Carpentry Finish Carpentry & Casework Insulation Roofing, Sheet Metal & Waterproofing Doors, Frames, & Hardware Aluminum & Glazing Metal Stud Framing, Drywall & Plaster Ceramic Tile Acoustical Ceiling & Treatment Finish Flooring Epoxy Flooring Painting Markerboards & Tackboards Signage Toilet Partitions and Accessories Fire Extinguishers & Cabinets Window Treatment Auditorium Seating Kitchen Equipment Elevator Wheelchair Lift Fire Sprinkler Plumbing: Building & Site Electrical & Low Voltage Earthwork and Asphaltic Paving Chain-link Fencing & Ornamental Landscaping and Irrigation While this is a non-mandatory job wall, attendance is strongly recommended for the following trades: Abatement and Demolition Concrete: Structural & Site, and Reinforcement Steel: Structural, Misc Metal & Metal Decking Rough Carpentry Finish Carpentry and Casework Metal Stud Framing, Drywall & Plaster Ceramic Tile Painting Plumbing: Building & Site Electrical and Low Voltage Earthwork and Asphaltic Paving Per PCC 20111.6, if not already prequalified, all MEP subcontractors are required to be prequalified with Long Beach USD and must submit a prequalification questionnaire with QualityBidders.com ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening. Bids will not be accepted from a Subcontractor holding an MEP, Solar or Sheet Metal License: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 that has not been prequalified where prequalification is required.
