The Project includes the following Work: New pumps, mechanical piping, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and ancillary electrical including a new diesel generator at Whites Run Pumping Station; new pumps, mechanical piping, and ancillary electrical at Greystone Pumping Station; new splitter structures at the new plant site; new headworks building including mechanical fine step screens and screenings washer; 1.25-million-gallon carrousel-style oxidation ditch; new 95-foot-diameter secondary clarifier with direct suction return activated sludge removal; ultraviolet light disinfection system; odor control equipment, new submersible return activated sludge pumping station; replacement of the existing oxidation ditch aerators; replacement of the existing secondary clarifier mechanisms; modifications to the existing return activated sludge storage tanks with new rotary lobe positive displacement blowers; modifications to the existing control building; addition of a new administration building; miscellaneous site grading including retaining walls, landscaping, grading, paving, HVAC work; interior process, plumbing and fire protection piping and appurtenances; interior painting and finishing work; electrical power, lighting controls, and instrumentation. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Morgantown Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
