The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals from bleacher manufacturers to design, manufacture and install new commercial aluminum/steel bleachers at the Flathead County Fairgrounds, pursuant to the requirements of Section 18-4- 304 et seq., M.C.A. Services needed include design, engineering, development of shop drawings, manufacturing, delivery, and installation of new ADA compliant, commercial bleachers (approximately 1,600 seating capacity+). The project is located within the Flathead County Fairgrounds, located at 265 N Meridian Rd., Kalispell. MT Provide engineering, material, freight, installation and supervision to provide a new permanent grandstand structure in accordance with the following specifications. Minimum acceptable criteria: 1. Powder coat or painted structural steel understructure per 2.02.1.H.2 2. Structural steel sizing per Part 4 Peer Review 3. Continuous aluminum welded decking system with "shot blasted" slip resistant surface equal to or greater than .80 coefficient of friction per Section 2.02.5.2 4. 12/24 rise/run with riser mounted seatboard brackets with a structural steel connection 5.
