The proposed work is generally described as follows: Reclaim bituminous surface, remove and replace some areas of sanitary sewer, line other areas of sanitary sewer, install temporary water systems, remove and replace water main, hydrants, services and valves. Install areas of new storm sewer system, removing the existing storm sewer system in those areas. Remove and replace driveway aprons, install concrete curb and gutter. Install bituminous surfacing and restore all disturbed areas with lawn sod. Contract shall be substantially completed by October 15, 2025 Final Completion Date: November 5, 2025 - All work must be completed Each proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the city of Brooklyn Center in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Brooklyn Center in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
