The Department of Rehabilitations (DOR) Orientation Center for the Blind (OCB) facility is located at 400 Adams Street, Albany, CA 94706. OCB is approximately 42,000 square feet of buildings, consisting of (3) three buildings. The buildings are comprised of Building (A) Resident Dormitory-2 floors; Building (B) Administration Building and Classrooms; and Building (C) Dining Hall/Cafeteria, Conference Center and Gymnasium. The sprinkler fire suppression system is in Building B. The water line to a Post Indicator Valve (PIV) and sprinkler system has identified leaks in the pipe.
