Interested and qualified consultants who have demonstrated their ability at providing comparable services are invited to submit proposals. Other Details The City invites qualified individuals, firms, or teams experienced in providing consulting services for the preparation and development of an EVCS Master Plan. The main objective of this planning process is to conduct a gap assessment considering public input and equity; evaluate and locate public and private charging stations within the City and up to five (5) miles from the City limits for the purpose of conducting a gap assessment; develop a plan to install EV charging stations throughout the community, including City-owned public facilities and rights-of-way, employment centers, businesses, educational institutions, non-profits, religious, and multi-family residential areas; identify funding opportunities for the City; and provide recommendations to support residents to transition from fossil fuel vehicles to clean transportation options. The deliverables should prioritize disadvantaged communities and low-income communities and households as defined in SB 535 and AB 1550. Bid Valid 180 days
