CR Number: 2105171 The State University of New York at Buffalo, hereafter referred to as the "the University" is submitting this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the purchase of Concrete and Related items. Please prepare and submit a fixed unit price for every item on "Attachment A: Pricing Page" where the University will order these items on an "as needed" basis. This will be in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions included herein. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a formal written agreement with the University for three (3) years upon mutual agreement The Contractor shall have at least five (5) years' experience in the sales, distribution and delivery of plumbing supplies and related materials. Contractor must have the ability to provide colored concrete using the Solomon Color Chart to ensure consistency of color in previously completed projects Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Questions and requests for IFB clarification due: January 23,2024. University reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the above schedule. Bidders will be notified via email of any changes in a timely manner.
