Cottage Grove Drive Pavement Rehabilitation In general, work consists of the following approximate quantities: 13 EACH SALVAGE SIGN 100 LIN FT SAWING BIT PAVEMENT (FULL DEPTH) 600 TON AGGREGATE SURFACING CLASS 5 500 TON AGGREGATE BASE CLASS 5 19050 SQ YD FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION 1100 GALLON BITUMINOUS MATERIAL FOR TACK COAT 1400 TON TYPE SP 9.5 WEARING COURSE MIX (3;C) 2250 TON TYPE SP 12.5 WEARING COURSE MIX (3;C) 80 SQ YD GEOTEXTILE FILTER TYPE 4 30 CU YD RANDOM RIPRAP CLASS III 0.8 ACRE RESTORATION (SEED/HYDRAULIC MATRIC, TOPSOIL) 15300 LIN FT PAVEMENT MARKINGS together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. PLANHOLDERS LIST, ADDENDUMS AND BID TABULATION: The City of Woodbury has adopted a standard document entitled "Standard Project Manual for Utility and Street Construction", dated January 1, 2023, which includes the Procurement and Contracting Requirements and Specifications which are herby incorporated into the Bidding Documents. Bidders are required to obtain a copy of this standard document once per year. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
