Responsible Contractors who have proper experience, equipment and qualifications are invited to bid on this work. These factors will be considered in the Award of Contract and all work will be performed under the standard regulations for construction of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The project scope includes replacement of hydronic pumps, adding a boiler, replacing fan coils and unit ventilators, replacing air handling units, replacing a chiller, replacing a makeup air unit, replacing a fluid cooler/cooling tower, replacement / renovation of HVAC control systems at various KCTCS facilities and rebalancing of mechanical systems. The projects are part of Cumberland and Whitesburg Campuses and are located in Harlan County and Letcher County KY. No questions will be answered at the site visit. All technical questions shall be emailed to the architect/engineer of record for this project. All procurement questions shall be directed to buyer of record for this project.
