Questions Deadline: 1/3/2024 12:00 AM (ET) Sealed Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal ("RFP") will be received by the Board of Water and Light ("BWL")for furnishing of Universal Waste disposal services. The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) is soliciting proposals for Universal Waste disposal services. Duration of the Contract will be for a total of three (3) years. All work will be performed in accordance with the following laws and regulations: a. Part 111 (Hazardous Waste) of Michigan Public Act 451 of 1994 and associated Rules (in particular Rule 228 of the Part 111 Hazardous Waste Rules). b. Any other applicable Federal or State Laws, Rules or Regulations Proposals must be in full accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities in any Proposal, and accept any Proposal in whole or in part, which in the opinion of the BWL, is in its best interest. The BWL does not limit the methods or factors to be used for evaluation.
