The work to be performed includes the following:Provision of all equipment, materials, and labor necessary for the renovation of the interior and exterior of an existing structure in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bidders may be required to submit evidence that they have a practical knowledge of the work bid upon, and that they have the financial resources to complete the proposed work.
