Scope of Service: (1) Firm needs to provide professional and construction service to the City of Cedartown, GA. - Develop and implement a service line database of both public and private side laterals or demonstrate the absence of lead service lines. - Provide a cost-effective solution to expedite populating and updating the service line inventory and to identify areas that potentially have LSLs using public works staff and building departments knowledge, as-builts, GIS data, building code information, field investigation, etc. - Provide recommendations and training to City Staff for the on-going management of the SLM database. - Develop a map showing the SLM inventory results for making it available to the public on City's website; train staff in maintenance and operation of the website. - Confirm with the State on what will be acceptable verification of service line materials. - Conduct field service line verification to identify unknown service line materials via: excavation, hand hole, pot hole or other approved means to accomplish this task.
