This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The small business size standard is $47M. The John A. Volpe National Transportation System Center (Volpe) operated five buildings, located at 55 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142, and have accumulated hazardous materials (HAZMAT) that require removal, disposal, clean up, and transportation for disposal. This effort must be done prior to exiting the buildings and turning them over to the new owner by January 31, 2024.
