At the time bids are submitted, each bidder shall possess a valid B license and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the project No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening for bids except as provided pursuant to Public Contract Code Sections 5100 et seq The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
