All print signage produced must be of aluminum and shall have reflective sheeting. The "No Parking" signs shall conform to California Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Locate the City owned streetlights by using the map provided by the City. Install all signs using brackets that are used in conjunction with banding to mount the signs on streetlights. See note on map page 1942-E for locations of Telespar posts installation of "No Parking" signs. Install signs using Telespar anchors and sleeves in conjunction with drive rivets to mount the signs on Telespar posts. Each Bidder shall possess a valid Class "A" Contractor's license issued by the California State Contractors License Board at the time of the Bid submission. The successful Contractor must also possess a current City business license. The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid or in the bidding process, as deemed to be in its best interest, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received.
