The City of Highland Park intends to contract for construction manager-at-risk services in connection with the renovation of the former Highland Park Country Club (1201 Park Ave W.) for the Senior Services division of the City of Highland Park. The Project involves the design and renovation of the existing Highland Park Country Club building to accommodate the Senior Services Division of the City of Highland Park. This renovation will develop the Country Club into the Senior Center (HPSC) as well as maintain the existing banquet functions of the facility. The Country Club building is immediately adjacent to the Park District of Highland Park Recreation Center, and shares parking and ADA Access within the facility Deadline to submit written questions regarding RFQ 4:00 PM on January 5, 2024 CMR firms who plan to submit an RFQ response must register their name and contact information by emailing Erin Jason at ejason@cityhpil.com and Lindsay Suprenant at lsuprenant@holabird.com to receive any RFQ Addenda, responses to any written questions or other Project announcements. Only those firms who have registered will receive official communications. The City reserves the right to reject all responses or those it considers to be non-responsive.
