This project is for the replacement of three existing loading bridges in Concourse D (D41, D43, D46). The replacements include: the loading bridge itself, PC Air, GPU, and electrical connections. If the Base Bid and all three (3) additive alternates are awarded, the contractor shall have a total of 61 consecutive calendar days to substantially complete the project, excluding punchlist. If any or all additive alternatives are not awarded, the total contract time shall be as follows: Base Bid Only = 56 Calendar Days Base Bid + Additive Alternative 1 = 61 Calendar Days No additional calendar days will be awarded to the contract id additive alternate No. 2 or No. 3 is awarded. Project funded by FAA. Milwaukee County project bid summary results will be posted on the Bid Express site and Milwaukee County web site. Bid summary results may be available a few hours following the Bid Due Date time. For Federally Funded Contracts wage rates are established pursuant to Federal Labor Determination and Provisions. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 120 days after bid due date.
