All Subcontractors are required to be prequalified before performing any Work and prior to supplying goods or services to the Project. The Bidders prequalification factor rolling average will be applied to any Project with an engineers estimate greater than $5 million. The Bidders Bid Guaranty shall be five percent (5%) of the Bidders Total Bid Amount and shall be submitted before Bid Opening through either Surety 2000 or Tinubu Surety. Failure of the Bidder to comply with this Advertisement shall render the Bid non-responsive and the Bid shall be rejected. NMDOT - 003 - Roadway Reconstruction, Signalization, Lighting This Project is located in Dona Ana County in District 1 and is situated in the Lower Rio Grande Basin. The Contractor is required to abide by the water laws of the State and the rules and regulations of the Office of the State Engineer when appropriating water. The Project will require approximately one million, two hundred and forty thousand (1,240,000) gallons of water, therefore, an OSE permit for 4 acre-feet should supply ample water for the Contractor's needs. The Contractor shall locate a source of water and/or a well near the Project and contact Lee Cabeza de Vaca at 505 490-5613 with the legal description by Section, Township and Range, down to a forty (40) acre subdivision, unless otherwise prescribed by the State Engineer.
