Provide 12-inch Cla-Val model 131-01 globe control valve with 300# flanges- 12" 100-01 Hytrol Body CS2 Solenoid control (120V VAC) CK2 Isolation valves on pilot assemblies Check Valves on pilot tubing with Isolation Valve e. Atmospheric Drain X117D Position Transmitter X141 Pressure Gauges X43 "Y" strainer Epoxy coating Provide PC-22D Pump Control Panel a. FRP NEMA 4X control panel Remove old valve and piping. Reuse existing butterfly valve and air relief valve. Fabricate custom discharge spool (12" x 4" x 12" Tee) to accommodate new control valve. Blast and clean parts to be reused. Prime and coat piping components with Tnemec N69 Epoxy or equal (butterfly valve, air relief valve and discharge spool) per Coating Schedule specified. Installation of new Cla-Val, discharge spool, air relief retrofit, Cla-Val controller and related electrical equipment. 10. Integration of controller with motor control center (MCC). 11. Inspect and record critical dimensions. 12. Perform Cleanup. Crosstown WTP Replacement 12-inch control valve for High Service Pump #1 SCOPE AND SPECIFICATION RFQ 2354-A: Crosstown High Service Pump 1 Pump & Motor Repair Additional Work 13.
