The Project generally consists of renovating gravity sewer pipe utilizing CIPP of approximately 23,980 LF of 8-inch diameter, 2,553 LF of 10-inch diameter, 3,073 LF of 12-inch diameter, trenchless and open cut renovation of approximately 598 lateral line connections, and renovation of 112 manholes, and all other miscellaneous work required for completion of the project. Bids will also be received for an Add Alternate for 885 VF of manhole renovation and three deduct alternates for 200 lateral connections, 50 frame and cover replacements, and 400 VF of manhole renovation. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any or all bids and to re-advertise and to rebid. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of his base bid, which is subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
