REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF COOLING TOWERS AT FCI MANCHESTER The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B11024Q00000007 for the award of a firm fixed price contract entitled Removal and installation of Cooling Towers at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Manchester. FCI Manchester is a federal correctional facility located at 805 Fox Hollow Road, Manchester, Kentucky 40962. The project consists of providing all necessary equipment, labor, materials, services, and incidentals required to install (2) BOP provided Baltimore Aircoil Cooling Tower Assemblies Model 15350-2, piping, and electrical components onto the existing concrete piers. The performance period for the project will be 84 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed.
