Notice is hereby provided that the Twin Rivers Unified School District, located in McClellan, California ("District"), seeks statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for sidewalk trip hazard repairs throughout the District. The Twin Rivers Unified School District ("District") requests Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractor for sidewalk trip hazard repairs. The District seeks to enter into a comprehensive contract for a 12-month term, with the option to extend at the District's discretion. QUESTIONS: Questions or clarifications can be directed via email to proposals@trusd.net. Please reference RFQ-P No. 24-011 in your inquiry. Submit questions no later than December 12, 2023, by 12:00 PM. If applicable, an Addendum with a summary Q&A will be posted to the District website by December 19, 2023 Proposals shall be submitted in sealed packages with the name of the proposer submitting the proposal marked on the front. Submission of the digital copy shall be emailed to proposals@trusd.net. The proposer is responsible for delivering the proposal to the office above on time. Late proposals will not be accepted. The evaluation criteria specified herein will determine which proposals provide the best quality for the District. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals to waive all technicalities and to accept the proposal(s) that is most favorable to the District. Recognizing that there are essential considerations other than price, the District may not necessarily award to the lowest proposer. The District has the right to ask for any clarifications on any or all proposals. This RFQ-P does not commit the District to award a contract or pay any costs incurred in preparing a proposal in response to this request.
