Scope of Work of the Contract includes: [Trunk Main] 1. Approximately 2,410 LF of 15-inch ASTM-D3034 SDR-26 PVC and all appurtenances 2. Approximately 253 LF of 12-inch ASTM-D3034 SR-26 PVC and all appurtenances 3. Approximately 243 LF of 8-inch ASTM-D3034 SDR-26 PVC Trunk Gravity Sewer and all appurtenances 4. 8 sanitary sewer manholes per City of Celina standards and all appurtenances 5. Trunk Main Gravity Sewer erosion control The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid. All bids received after the closing time designated above will be returned unopened. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. Copies of the bidding documents are on file at Engineers office and may be obtained electronically by request via an email to tmoss@pape-dawson.com.com or through CivCast. Bidders must email the office of the Engineer in order to be sent a link to view and/or download specifications, plans, soils report and environmental reports for this project. There is NO charge to view or download documents. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit an email request to tnelson@pape-dawson.com for such information not less than 2 calendar days before the Bid opening. Questions will only be able to be asked until 1/9/2024 12:00:00 PM CST
