Install one (1) 20' x 48" high cantilever gate on 4" Sch40 roller posts with nylon rollers and lockable latch. The latch post will be set approximately 24" off the corner of the building to leave a walkway. All labor and materials should be included. Back of School: Furnish and install approximately 360 feet of 48" high 9-gauge commercial black chain link fence using 3" SS40 terminal posts, 2- 1/2 " SS20 line posts, 1-" SS20 top rail and 7-gauge bottom tension wire.
