The project consists of flooring replacements (carpet, LVT, & athletic), ceiling replacement, translucent canopy replacement, painting, lighting replacement, drinking fountain replacement, kitchen HVAC, kitchen hood replacement, serving line replacement, roof replacement, roof repairs, landscape improvements, and grassing. All proposals accepted must be in sealed envelopes marked with your company name and "Rocky Branch Elementary School Renovation, RFP 24-0103-001". Offerors shall provide 3 hard copies and one digital copy on a flash drive of the entire proposal package. For mailing purposes, please address your proposal to Oconee County School District, 34 School Street, Watkinsville, GA 30677, Attn: Fred Ricketson. The deadline for submitting pre-qualificationrequirements for this project is 2:00 PM on January 11, 2024. Contractors must provide proof of previous job experience within 30% of the cost of this project. OCSD will consider the submittal and respond within five (5) days if the submittal is not accepted. Contractor's Qualification statements should be addressed to: Oconee County School District, 34 School Street, Watkinsville, GA 30677, via email to: Jeff Robinson (jrobinson@cfmm.net) and Sidney Johnson (switt@cfmm.net) All communications concerning these documents must be submitted in writing to Oconee County School District (OCSD) Operations Division either by email, or U.S. mail.
