A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project 1: DEER DETERRENT FENCE INSTALLATION AND Project 2: TREE PLANTING IN WEST CORNWALL TOWNSHIP; LEBANON COUNTY Project 1 is for the purchase and installation of approximately 2,313 linear feet of 7-foot high woven-wire deer fencing. Work also includes clearing and grubbing of the fencing areas and installation of E&S controls, as necessary. Project 2 is for the purchase and planting of approximately 1,600 seedlings of various sizes and species. Work also includes installation of E&S controls, as necessary. Work will occur just west of the Governor Dick "Fire" Tower located on a parcel of forestland in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, PA. The prospective bidder is not required to bid on both projects to be considered a complete bid, however, will be responsible for coordination of work with the winning bidder of each project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a copy of a certified check or bid bond payable to "Clarence Schock Memorial Park at Governor Dick, Inc.", in an amount not less than Ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State of Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The contractor must familiarize themselves with the site prior to submitting a bid. Clarence Schock Memorial Park at Governor Dick, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Sponsor. If a bid proposal contains missing information, the Sponsor reserves the right to request additional information be submitted prior to award.
