The scope of this project includes, bit is not limited to, the following: site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel. As of December 13, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been assigned for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Contract TAS 24-5B / D214950 Rehabilitation of I-90 EB and I-90 WB Bridges over Sterling Creek at Mileposts 227.40 and 227.41 in Herkimer County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authoritys Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal.
