The City of Celina is accepting proposals from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk Services, necessary for the construction of the new Government Building Parking Garage and 100,000 sf four story building, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP provides interested firms with the information necessary to prepare and submit their qualifications, general conditions pricing, and fee for consideration. Question Cutt off Date & Time 1/16/2024 05:00:00 PM (CT) All questionsshall be submitted through the eProcurementsystem. Project Time:12 Months for Phase 1 and 36 Months for Phase 2 Bid Contact Information Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five thousand dollars, from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bonds and guarantee The successful Bidder must furnish performance, payment and maintenance bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas, to act as Surety and be acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding certificates of authority from the Secretary of Treasury of the United States, or other Surety or Sureties acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid.
