2024 Manhole and Point Repair Contract PWSA Project No. 2023-OPS-115-0 Questions Due Date: January 9, 2024 by 4:00 p.m. PWSA is requesting bids for repair of existing sewers or installation of manholes, catch basins, and inlets of the public sewer system including storm, sanitary, and combined sewer facilities as identified or requested. Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) M BE/ WBE/ DBE/ SBE/ VBE/ SDVBE/ DOBE/ LGBTQBE: The Owner's current EOP goals for all contracts is between ten percent (10%) and twentyfive percent (25%). All Bids for such contracts must be accompanied by Exhibit IIM BE/ WBE/ DBE/ SBE/VBE/SDVBE/ DOBE/ LGBTQBE Solicitation and Commitment Statement, demonstrating a good faith effort to meet said goals, or a detailing of why the M BE/ WBE/ DBE/ SBE/ VBE/ SDVBE/ DOBE/ LGBTQBE participation goals could not be met. In addition, all required letters of commitment and copies of current certifications shall be submitted with the Bid. Work is specific to the PWSA public sewer system and includes: The repair of existing storm/sanitary/combined sewers The installation of manholes, catch basins, and inlets Work Orders wi be issued and may include any combination of the aforementioned work This is an IDIQ contract, so the type and scope of work will vary with each Work Order
