Site Directions: 7050-7060 171ST Street, Tinley Park, IL 60477 Demolish entire structure including slab on grade and foundations. Backfill foundation voids with stone to match existing adjacent grades. Remove all debris and level to leave a clean site. Demolish the grease trap located at the front of the building. Demolish: structures complete, including parking bumpers, sign (at south east corner of property by the street), and trash enclosure (at the back of the property). All asphalt pavement is to remain. Saw-cut where necessary to remove foundations where asphalt is installed up to the building. Reclaim freon from air conditioning units and remove and legally dispose of mercury vapor bulbs and ballasts, if required. Obtain cook county demolition permit and iepa notification. Village of tinley park demolition permit will be obtained by rcw. Do not start demolition activities until directed by rcw and all required permits are in hand. Temporary construction fence will be provided by rcw. Utility disconnects will be performed by owner prior to starting demolition. Abatement will be performed by others prior to starting demolition. Take care to protect olympic star restaurant, which is located very close to the west side of the building to be demolished. Any damage caused to ol ympic star restaurant by the demolition contractor will be paid by the demolition contractor. Power will be disconnected before demolition occurs. Provide your own power as necessary. Water will be disconnected before demolition occurs. There is a fire hydrant on the north side of 171st street, west of the building.
