Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "Gorrill Palmer Consulting Engineers, Inc.". If shipping is requested, additional charges will apply. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each Bid must be made upon blank forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid bond at 5% of the bid amount or an official bank check, cashier's check, certified check, certificate of deposit, or United States postal money order at 5% of the bid amount payable to Town of Standish as a Bid guarantee. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder.
