The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1) Include Questions and Answers (Q&A) received to date (see attachment). 2) Section C, Description/Specification/Work Statement, Part 2.01.2, Equipment Requirements (page 11 of 79), add ground protection mats (DICA or equal brand) used for root zone protection (attached replacement page). 3) Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award Provisions, under Addenda to Provision 52.212-1, page 63 of 79, the following corrections: -- (2)(d) -- Delete "the completed, signed SF 1449" and replace with "the completed, signed SF 33." -- (2)(d) -- "Price Proposal - Include the following:" REMOVE - "A statement confirming that at least 50 percent of the labor cost incurred for contract performance, will be expended on direct employees of the prime contractor. If statement is not provided, Offeror will be determined non-compliant and removed from consideration". This statement conflicts with clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting. 4) Any reference to SF 1449 replace with SF 33. 5) Offer Due Date remains the same: 15 Aug 2024, 2359 hrs Eastern Standard Time. 6) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Period of Performance: 02/01/2024 to 01/31/2029
