**As of January 8 ,2024 project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Calhoun Community College is seeking proposals to upgrade equipment in the Immersive Room in the Health Sciences Department on the Decatur campus and the transfer and installation of the existing equipment to the Huntsville campus. Upgrade hardware - 4K Wall Projectors (3) and Upgrade PC 360 5.7K Camera for AdHoc Room Immersive lnteractive All necessary hardware and software including creating a three wall projection immersive room with interactive control on each wall. An expansive library of scenarios (clinically validated) and scenes. Surround-sound to keep learners immersed in the simulated environment 360 camera for localized content creation. Tablet-based control for instructor mobility. Access to Studio Software 1 year MeLiSA service and support. Shipping, installation and commissioning for Immersive Interactive 4K upgrade and new Immersive Room Immersive fan. Lighting for Immersive Interactive. Immersive Interactive scent diffuser. Please note that Fed-Ex, UIIS, and USPS have experienced delivery delays. Vendors may also hand deliver a proposal response to the Purchasing Office in the Math, Science, and Administration Building on the Tanner Campus during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
