The City of Stamford, Connecticut is requesting proposals from qualified architecture and engineering (A/E) firms licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut to prepare a priority school construction grant application including cost estimating and educational specifications for approval by the Stamford Public Schools Board of Education in accordance with all requirements of the Office of Grants Administration (formerly State of Connecticut Office of School Construction Grants (OSCGR)). Proprietary Information The City of Stamford will not disclose any portion of the proposals except to members of the proposal evaluation team prior to contract award. The City of Stamford retains the right to disclose the name of the successful proposer, the financial considerations and any other information in the proposal that is pertinent to the selection of the proposer.
