This project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and installation of sanitary manholes of varying depths, the abandonment of sanitary sewer main, the removal of sanitary sewer main, and the installation of 8, and 4" PVC sanitary sewer pipe. The installation of new sanitary sewer main includes, but is not limited to: the installation of sanitary sewer pipe, the reconnection of existing sanitary sewer services, removal of asphalt roadway, and the placement of aggregate base or cold mix asphalt in areas where asphalt has been removed to allow temporary vehicular access, the, paving of all removed asphalt roadway, and the operation of a temporary bypass pump to allow connection of the new sanitary system to the existing without disruption of sewer service. All work shall be completed as shown on the construction plans and as described in the specifications. Est. Value Notes: $350,000 - $400,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work shall be completed within Ninety (90) calendar days from the commencement of work, unless adjustment of the Agreement time is made in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
