Provide all necessary labour and material to modernize one (1) simplex hydraulic passenger elevator located at Pioneer Villa Court 4, 426-3rd Avenue West in Brooks, AB, in accordance with all specifications. The general scope of work includes (but is not limited to): .1 Replace the hydraulic drive machine (motor, pump and valve) .2 Replace all hydraulic piping .3 Replace the hydraulic oil .4 Replace the door operator .5 Supply and install a new hydraulic jack and PVC protective liner .6 Supply and install an overspeed/rupture valve .7 Supply and install new elevator control system with soft-start motor drive .8 Refurbish / replace car and hall door systems .9 Supply and install new hall fixtures .10 Supply and install new car fixtures .11 Supply and install new two-speed fan .12 Supply and install new cab interior finishes .13 Supply and install all new car, hoistway and machine room wiring including new trough and wiring between hoistway and machine room .14 Retain the existing car capacity and car speed
