Sludge Piping & Digester Heat Replacement Exchangers Project Site Address: 2006 Newberry Street Pre-Qualification: Yes Project - the Work Covered by These Contract Documents Consists of Demolishing Blended Sludge Piping and Valves and Providing New Blended Sludge Piping and Valves, Demolishing and Providing a New Pre-heat Tube-in- Tube Blended Sludge Heat Exchanger, Demolishing Digester Sludge Piping and Valves And Providing New Sludge Piping and Valves, Rehabilitating Two (2) Primary Digester Tube-in-tube Heat Exchangers, and Demolishing Aluminum Cladding On the Blended Sludge Tank and Providing a New Tpo Roof and Pre-finished Metal Wall Panels, Installing a New Ladder and Railing on the Blended Sludge Tank and Other Items Described in the Bidding Documents for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Piping & Digester Heat Exchangers Replacement Project Complete and Operational for the City of Appleton, Department of Utilities, Calumet, Outagamie & Winnebago Counties, Wisconsin. Bid Security No Bid Shall Be Received Unless Accompanied by a Certified Check or Satisfactory Bid Bond Payable to the City of Appleton in an Amount Not Less Than 5% Of the Maximum Bid as a Guarantee That, if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Contract, Performance/payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as Required by the Contract Documents, Within 15-days After the Notice of Award.
